Secular Talk

Kyle Kulinski is a libertarian leftist in some ways, he’s mostly libertarian on social issues but not so on certain governance issues. He’s a well rounded guy and puts his best arguments forward for what he believes and does it in a rational and sensible way.

Jordan B Peterson

A man between divides trying to speak reason, facts and give people back the responsibilities they were born with. The video above will do a better job of explaining this mans profound impact on the world but if I could say one thing that sums it up, it’s that he’s a second coming of a Christopher Hitchen’s type mind. His views are constantly misrepresented and best heard from his mouth alone. Great man and a great resource for everyone.

Learn Liberty

They put it best themselves really: “Learn Liberty is your resource for exploring the ideas of a free society. We tackle big questions about what makes a society free or prosperous and how we can improve the world we live in. We don’t have all the answers – but we’ve got a lot of ideas. By working with professors from a range of academic disciplines and letting them share their own opinions, we help you explore new ways of looking for solutions to the world’s problems.”

Institute for Justice

This channel is a fantastic look into the bureaucracy that holds us all back from getting on with the damn job. The video above is a fantastic representation of how government can seriously get in the way of productivity and waste peoples time. A little about the institute from them: “Founded in 1991, the Institute for Justice is what a civil liberties law firm should be. As our nation’s only libertarian public interest law firm, IJ pursues cutting-edge litigation in the courts of law and in the court of public opinion on behalf of individuals whose most basic rights are denied by the government—like the right to earn an honest living, private property rights, and the right to free speech, especially in the areas of commercial and Internet speech.” Great channel and awesome interest pieces.

Theryn Meyer

Trans commentator Theryn Meyer give you the perspective of someone who is neither a full on social justice warrior or a full on anti SJW. She’s level headed, to the point and makes a great variety of videos that aren’t just drama. This channel can give you a real insight into the world of trans people and centralist liberal politics.

Lauren Southern

Lauren Southern is no stranger to many of the politically savvy and for good reason. She started out at the Rebel Media as a libertarian/conservative-ish commentator with a focus on illegal immigration, identity/social justice politics and on the ground insights into black lives matter/antifa. Since leaving the rebel and starting her own channel she’s found herself making political satire videos, commentaries and  just generally being a part of political wars we are seeing on social media. Great channel.

Angry Foreigner

Tackling the mainstream media narrative by trying to objective look at the facts. You wont find much sugar coating here either, he tells it exactly as he see’s it he can be quite funny at times too. Politics is somewhere in the middle.

Independant Man

Australian political commentary “Independent man” is a critique of social justice politics around the globe and in Australia. You’ll also find him tackling all kind of politicized topics like electric cars and pop culture. The politics of this channel Australian political commentary “Independent man” is a critique of social justice politics around the globe and in Australia. Black Pigeon Speaks

Canadian Felix Lace makes political videos steeped in historical context and put within a very interesting framework indeed. A lot of his videos are less of a ‘rambling discussion’ like many other political YouTubers and more a ‘scripted presentation’ that people will hopefully discuss in the comments section (a questionable amount of success is apparent down there). Where do his political values sit? hard to say really, one could argue conservative another could argue right leaning libertarian but I think mostly he is a contrarian. He’s constantly putting forward deliberately controversial topics and most notably so in his “Contrarian Query” series, what is it about? very off limit topics such as racial superiority and gender superiority, he takes the unthinkable and  taboo and presents it in this bizarre rational framework that forces you to reason with it. Very interesting channel.

Styxhexenhammer666

Libertarian/ Classical Liberal, Tarl Warwick makes videos breaking down current issues within his own political framework. So what topics will you find him tackling on his channel? Third Wave Feminism, Social Justice and the general idiocy of the media are all high on the list.

Chris Ray Gun

The funniest of the “Skeptic crowd” on YouTube, Chris Ray Gun’s channel is all about using satire and rational thinking to expose hypocrisies in modern politics. You’ll find his political views are mostly classical liberal/libertarian and he neither aligns himself with the social justice movement or the conservative movement. Great channel and extremely funny.

Armoured Skeptic

The most skeptic-y skeptic of them all. With his smooth talking voice The Armoured Skeptic tackles all kinds of issues in culture, atheism, feminism, social justice and all the rest.

Some Black Guy

All round funny guy, SomeBlackGuy manages to simultaneously offend absolutely everyone in the most hilarious way and debunk popular culture garbage. He goes a little beyond most channels of this nature by making the occasional hilarious skit that parodies the ridiculousness of it all, you can see some of his best moments here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WNca9lsJrKk

Count Dankula

Count Dankula was made most famous for making a video of his pug doing a Nazi salute as prank on his girlfriend, he then subsequently landing himself hate crime charges (trial ongoing) with a potential 12 month jail sentence. He is in fact one you YouTube’s funniest political commentators and that video was no exception. He regularly posts content that focuses on debunking common arguments made by mainstream tabloid spec sites and they are some serious comedy gold. If you could pin down his political view it would be most similar to a libertarians. Great guy and Great channel to keep up with.

Also make sure you check out his Video on Sargon of Akkad’s channel here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DQFdYFWZrsQ

Bearing

He’s everyone’s favorite bullshit calling bear. He see’s it, shoots it and then cleans up the mess. Bearing has a similar set of views to that of Sargon of Akkad, kind of libertarian/egalitarian but has a more Australian sense of humor about it. Exceptionally entertaining bear graphics that just seem to suit his voice perfectly are also a strong positive feature. Oh and he can sing pretty well too. Check out https://bearing.bandcamp.com/track/what-if-we-should-be

Sargon of Akkad

Largely a Libertarian at heart Sargon of Akkad or (Carl) takes on just about everything in culture today. Critical analysis of Social Justice and Feminism are regular features as well as an entertaining series such a “This Week in Stupid” which is a look at the events of the week gone by and a critical discussion about them, often very very funny. He’s a lover of history and certain philosophers from it, this influence is clear in his videos. One of the best things about Sargon is his ability to also admit when he is wrong, he doesn’t let personal pride get in the way of the truth. An almost extinct trait in today’s world. Enjoy!

You can also find his second channel “The Thinkery”with short clips about all kinds of things here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MtXwkD-KgLg&t=189s
