The Wired to Hunt Podcast

You can find it here.

Run by Mark Kenyon and Dan Johnson the Wired To Hunt Podcast is all things deer and deer hunting. They usually cover all things news, products and tips fresh from the hunt. They live the life they preach so their commentary is always spot on. Fair warning that they are well and truly obsessed with White Tails so prepare for some endless discussions (a good thing of course).

Jay Scott Outdoors

Podcast can be found here.

A little about Jay from his website “Jay began his professional hunting guiding career back in the late 1990’s.  His initial intent on getting his guide’s license was so he could extend his seasons & go on more quality hunts; in the end he knew this would help him gain valuable experience which in turn would help him become a more successful hunter.  Over the almost 20 years of guiding, Jay has always made it a point to be good at communicating with clients, scouting out the areas  extensively & learning all the tricks & trades of his quarry.  Jay’s clients have been able to take some unbelievable trophies, including multiple record book elk, bighorn sheep, coues deer & goulds turkey!” This podcast is fantastic for getting the more in depth tips and methods of hunting.

The Joe Rogan Experience

You can find it here.

It’s hard to put Joe Rogan into a category because he covers so much content. The man interviews just about everyone, you’ll either be in tears laughing or lost in thought with some of his guests. If you could break it down to it’s essence, it’s two people talking and exploring each others brains. This podcast hits something primal in a lot of people, it sparks ideas of sitting around the camp fire listening to elders impart their wisdom.

Meat Eater

Steven Rinella from the TV Show Meat Eater hosts this podcast. They cover hunting, fishing, wildlife, conservation and much more. The show is usually recorded whilst on the road which means theirs a guarantee of fresh stories every time.
